  • Proof of identity or legal representation.

Chiwi Group will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days, in accordance with the law.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).

11. Clause for External Partners and Independent Commercial Distributors

External partners, distributors, and independent commercial advisors collaborating with Chiwi Group agree to the following:

  • Shared responsibility: Chiwi Group protects advisors’ personal and banking data for payments, commissions, and communication under the same security standards applied to clients.

  • Authorized processing: Advisors authorize Chiwi Group to process their personal, tax, and banking data exclusively for administrative control and compensation purposes.

  • Prospective client data: Advisors may collect client data only for Chiwi-related services and must submit it exclusively through authorized systems (CRM, official forms, institutional email).

  • Legal independence: Advisors operate as independent commercial entities, with no employment relationship.

  • Confidentiality: All parties commit to confidentiality and lawful data processing.

  • Legal protection: Both Chiwi Group and its advisors are protected under the LFPDPPP and recognize mutual ARCO rights.
